We can order all searches needed to close your Transaction. We work closely with many Florida Vendors. Such as PropLogix, Elite Property Research, Property Debt Research, Coast to Coast and Target. 

We will process your closings from Start to Clear to Close.  Making sure all parties get weekly updates on the status of the closing. 

We will clear ALL title conditions making sure we pass on the marketable title.  We take pride in clearing some of the most complex title issues.  

InPut Processing has extensive experience in working with Lenders to Balance Closing Disclosures and balancing final figures and wires. We also make sure we have full Agent and Client approval, all while explaining and answering any questions buyers and sellers may have at this stage in the transaction. 

Need help with Post- Closing and Warehousing? InPut Processing is able to fully post- close and warehouse files. Making sure all checks get their destination with the appropriate paperwork. We scan all outgoing mail into your Software for auditing purposes.  

This service we can assist with ordering Policies, making sure your remittance gets to your Underwriters in a timely fashion. We also can assist with mailing out the final policies to buyers and lenders.
